Mold opening and new product review (DFM → customer) twice feasibility (DFM design and development documents) (2 DAY)

Step 1:Mold Design: Drawing (2 DAY)

Step 2:Raw material procurement, preparation: die steel cutting, from rough to leather (2 DAY)

Step 3:Machining: punching and CNC notching (2 DAY)
Heat treatment: 6 pieces in the middle of the mold → cryogenic →1 to 2 DAY→ increase hardness (3 DAY)
Grinding: Large water grinding (2 DAY)
Wire cutting: copper wire slow wire (3 DAY)
CNC Fine Wash (2 DAY)

Step 4:T0 proofing and T1 proofing shall be carried out after the completion of assembly trial mold (2 DAY)

Total 20 days from new product opening review to mold completion
